BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER

PRODUCT:
  • All our AirPods Chains and Straps are compatible with all generations of Apple AirPods (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation) and AirPods Pro (1st and 2nd generation).
  • Compatibility with other earphones may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
  • The Tapper AirPods Strap / Chain is partially compatible with Touch Control features of AirPods/AirPods Pro. Allows you to click for actions like answering calls or playing music. Sliding on the touch control (a feature only available on AirPods Pro 2) is less convenient but it works if you start from the top or bottom of the AirPods holder and slide across the stem.

  • Worldwide Shipping with FedEx, DHL Express, Deutsche Post (International Postal Service - Tracked) and Postnord
  • FedEx and DHL Express delivery time is normally 2-4 working days, depending on the country.
  • Deutsche Post delivery time is normally 5-20 working days, depending on the country.
  • Postnord (shipments to Sweden) delivery time is normally 2-4 working days.

  • Free FedEx and DHL Express Worldwide Shipping on orders from 150 USD / 150 EUR / 130 GBP / 215 CAD / 250 AUD / 170 CHF
  • Orders are shipped from Sweden (EU).
  • For UK customers we include duties and taxes on all orders under £135 GBP. For orders over £135 GBP you, as the receiver, are liable for the total duties and taxes incurred.
  • For Norwegian customers we are registered with VOEC (Vat On E-Commerce) in Norway.
PREORDER ITEMS:
  • If the product is a Preorder Item, it will have a shipping date mentioned in the product name and under a tab named "Preorder info" listed under the product on the product page. If there's no such info nor any info about it in your order confirmation email, the product isn't a preorder item.
  • If your order includes a preorder item, the whole order will ship together on the latest mentioned date written in the product(s) name(s) in your order confirmation email.

    ONCE YOU'VE PLACED YOUR ORDER

    • See your chosen shipping method and delivery time in your order confirmation email. You can also see our Shipping Times here.
    • Shipping confirmation email will be sent out with your tracking details once the order has been shipped.
    • Placed order will be shipped the same business day (unless it's a preorder item, if so read more above), if you've placed your order before 11:30 AM CET Monday-Friday (excluding Swedish Holidays). During Holiday Season, it could in some cases take up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

    • Once your Deutsche Post order has reached your country you can also track your order via your local postal operator.

    • Shipping costs are not refunded.
    • Orders that have been sent with Free Shipping will be charged shipping if these orders are returned due to unsuccessful - or refused - delivery.
