Placed order will be shipped the same business day (unless it's a preorder item), if you've placed your order before 11:30 AM CET Monday-Friday (excluding Swedish Holidays). During Holiday Season, it could in some cases take up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

This right applies only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as the received products purchased directly from www.gettapper.com and must be returned to our central warehouse for a return and refund to be made.
