BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER

  • All our AirPods Chains and Straps are compatible with all generations of Apple AirPods (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation) and AirPods Pro (1st, 2nd and 3rd generation).
  • Compatibility with other earphones may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
  • The Tapper AirPods Strap / Chain is partially compatible with Touch Control features of AirPods/AirPods Pro. Allows you to click for actions like answering calls or playing music. Sliding on the touch control (a feature only available on AirPods Pro 2 & 3) is less convenient but it works if you start from the top or bottom of the AirPods holder and slide across the stem.

  • For UK customers we include duties and taxes on all orders under £135 GBP. For orders over £135 GBP you, as the receiver, are liable for the total duties and taxes incurred.
  • For Norwegian customers we are registered with VOEC (Vat On E-Commerce) in Norway.
PREORDER ITEMS:
  • If the product is a Preorder Item, it will have a shipping date mentioned in the product name and under a tab named "Preorder info" listed under the product on the product page. If there's no such info nor any info about it in your order confirmation email, the product isn't a preorder item.
  • If your order includes a preorder item, the whole order will ship together on the latest mentioned date written in the product(s) name(s) in your order confirmation email.

    ONCE YOU'VE PLACED YOUR ORDER

    • Shipping confirmation email will be sent out with your tracking details once the order has been shipped.
    • Placed order will be shipped the same business day (unless it's a preorder item, if so read more above), if you've placed your order before 11:30 AM CET Monday-Friday (excluding Swedish Holidays). During Holiday Season, it could in some cases take up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.
